This 21-Day Challenge was created to help you learn the tools to manage stress so that you can perform at your best, model the behaviour you value in others, and lead effectively even in times of stress and uncertainty.

Anyone who wants to improve their stress management skills, calm their minds and learn practical tools to overcome worry, stress, anxiety, and burnout. Learn to find your calm and remain consistent when things get stressful and rediscover your sense of mental wellness!

What does Stress Management have to do with Leadership?
We all lead in some way; whether it is leading your dog on a walk, your child, or your staff, you are leading. At its core leadership is about getting the best out of those around you, even in your absence. In order to lead effectively, we need to be at our best. Period.
People buy-in to a person before they will buy-in to a vision, process, or product. They will look to you first, and then IF they trust in you as a person; your consistency, clarity, and qualities, THEN they will buy-in to whatever you are trying to teach, offer, or educate.
In order to get others to buy-in to YOU, you need to be showing up in a consistent manner. Most of us operate at a certain energy level regularly, but when we get into a stressful situation or let stress affect us and that changes our energy and we are no longer consistent. This fluctuation and inconsistency causes push-back, objections, and distrust from those who follow you.
People are also more likely to follow you if you consistently model behaviours and attitudes they value, and most people value self-care and stress management. No one wants to have a leader, boss, mentor, or parent who is stressed to the max and lets it affect their work. Stress management is an essential tool for leaders because they are faced with stresses, challenges, and obstacles every single day. Being able to overcome those challenges while keeping their cool is why they remain leaders.
What is the Challenge?
This 21-Day Challenge was created to help you learn the tools to manage stress so that you can perform at your best, model the behaviour you value in others, and lead effectively even in times of stress and uncertainty. Each day has a different short challenge to be completed that requires from 3-15 minutes per day, and if you aren't able to stick to the 21-day format, that's OK! You can pick up whenever you can, and continue previous challenges for additional days until you are ready to move on.
Course Availability & Accessibility
The course content will be available to you for 1-year and can be done at your own pace if the 21-day format does not fit your lifestyle right now. All video content will be available in audio and text formats to ensure the program is accessible to all. The daily commitment can be as low as three minutes per day.
